Art. 5 E-mail and online marketing

HubSpot

We use HubSpot for our online marketing activities. With this software solution, among others, we cover the following aspects of our online marketing:

  • E-mail marketing (invitations to exhibitions, newsletters, etc.)
  • Landing pages and contact forms
  • Social Media publishing & reporting
  • Reporting (e.g. traffic sources, access, etc.)

Our contact forms enable visitors to our website to find out more about our company, download content, receive free exhibition tickets and to provide us with contact details and other demographic information.

This information is saved on the servers of our software partner HubSpot . It can be used by us in order to make contact with visitors to our website and to determine which of our company services are of interest to them. The statistical usage data of our online marketing offers are used to optimise website functions and to provide visitors to our website with content which is tailored to their interests.

In this context we have designed our e-mail service so that we are automatically informed if and when an e-mail has been opened as well as the time at which links in the e-mail have been clicked. This means that for the e-mail and online marketing activities described above, the complete IP address of the visitor to the website is recorded, but is not permanently saved.

All of the data which we record is subject to this privacy policy. We use the data which is recorded exclusively in order to optimise our services.
