Product innovation DuoDrive

DuoDrive combines the benefits of the modular system and higher efficiency with the possibilities of reducing variants, and pays for itself within a short time. It is thus future-proof and a real cost reducer. The smooth, unventilated and compact design and the quiet running with minimum noise emissions are further important features. Elimination of many wearing parts results in lower maintenance.

The patented geared motor is currently available for powers of up to 3 kW with a continuous torque of up to 250 Nm and speeds of up to 1,000 min-1, and covers gear unit speed ratios of i=3 to i=18.

DuoDrive enables consistent variant reduction paired with efficient operation and compact design. Together with the simple plug-and-play commissioning and low maintenance, this results in a significant reduction in the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in comparison with existing drive systems.

DuoDrive needs very little oil. This results in lower churning losses. The DuoDrive can be mounted without any modifications using the same oil volume in various orientations. DuoDrive was specially developed for conveyor applications and is suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical industries as well as in intralogistics. It is easy to clean, corrosion-resistant and wash-down capable. The especially robust nsd tupH surface treatment is optionally available.

Yes, that is possible. Market-compatible connection dimensions facilitate the replacement and the integration into existing plant designs. It is not necessary to change the plant layout. By the way: DuoDrive has a slimmer design than competitor products and thus provides for a narrow aisle width in conveyor technology installations.
