<b>NORDAC <i>PRO</i> SK 500P</b> is the control cabinet inverter for all drive applications. With features such as a <b>multi-encoder interface</b> and a <b>multi-protocol Ethernet interface</b> it acts as the communicator in your control cabinet to reliably controls your drive components in the field – whether for conveying, lifting, automation or other tasks. Different variants with a power range from 0.25 to 22 kW cater for a wide variety of applications.

An integrated multi-protocol Ethernet interface makes the NORDAC PRO a versatile control component for various system designs.
Even the basic version caters for a wide variety of applications, including closed-loop speed control and positioning function. The advanced SK 530P version is functionally scalable with optional plug-in modules.
The integrated PLC responds independently to process changes. This reduces the load on the higher level control unit.
The inverter can read up to four encoders, and therefore sequentially position four separate drive units.
The Book-size format is a compact design which requires very little space in the control cabinet.
Our aim with the development of the NORDAC PRO SK 500P was to create a control cabinet inverter for practically any application. This makes selection easier for our customers by providing a drive control with a single standard for a wide range of applications. At present we are working to extend the power range.
At the beginning of the 1980s NORD DRIVESYSTEMS started to produce electronic drive technology. At our manufacturing site in Aurich in Northern Germany we produce motor starters and NORDAC frequency inverters. With our technical expertise, experience and development, we work in close contact with our customers to produce products which precisely meet important market demands. intuitive operation, high overload reserves and control of both asynchronous and synchronous motors.

The Success Story from our customer Jütro, regarded as a pioneer in the canned products industry, shows how manufacturers can benefit from our expertise and products.
In 2021 Jütro Canned Products and Delicacies installed a new PET bottling plant together with NORD DRIVESYSTEMS and other partners. Up to 150 bottles are filled with sauces and creams every minute. To achieve this number, an optimally balanced production process is required.
The partners chose the NORDAC PRO SK 550P with powers from 0.25 to 1.5 kW. Vector regulation ensures that the speeds of the drive units remain constant. Ethernet connection and support of remote maintenance enable the suppliers of the various plant components to maintain the system online and to evaluate all of the data from the inverters for their components.
Our focus is on automation, as the continuous running of our systems is of great importance to us. This is why the entire technology and especially the drives must be well balanced, and have a high level of stability.
