NORD DRIVESYSTEMS trains new employees every year. The unusual year 2020 is no exception: In September, eight dual-training students and nine trainees were able to be recruited. The new colleagues can expect exciting challenges, international prospects and plenty of development opportunities.
During two in-house training weeks, the future members of the NORD family have been intensively trained, have gained an insight into the NORD product and work environment, and received an overview of the extensive company location. This was complemented by basic IT training and icebreaker games. The highlight of the in-house training weeks was a trip to Malente with outdoor activities to get to know each other, and a kick-off event with three trainers. In week three, the new and well-prepared employees will begin training in their respective departments. Each trainee is mentored and supported by an advanced trainee. The mentor – as well as the HR department and the training representatives within the different departments – assist the trainees in case of any questions.
