A versatile solution with proven performance across many applications. Available in six sizes with two- or three-stage designs and torque ranges from 440 to 6,160 lb-in. Gear sets are manufactured from wear-resistant, case-hardened steel for long service life.<br>

Our UNICASE&trade; helical inline gear motor offers a compact, high-strength design with torsionally rigid cast iron housings. Combined with efficient motors, they deliver cost-effective operation even at high torque levels up to 230,000 lb-in.

With the NORDBLOC.1&reg; helical inline gear motor series, a smooth, easy-to-clean surface is a key design focus. This makes it especially well suited for hygienically critical industries such as food and pharmaceutical applications.

NORDBLOC.1&reg; helical inline gear units are available with die-cast aluminum housings (up to SK771.1) or cast iron housings (SK772.1 and above).

The aluminum housing provides natural corrosion resistance, while optional surface treatments offer additional protection when required. Unlike conventional paint, these treatments do not flake, which is a major advantage in harsh environments.
