NORD to launch new customer communications hub
On June 17, 2025 NORD's Customer Service Team replaced Outlook 365 with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) as the main communication hub for email, order processing and quote creation. The SAP Cloud for Customer system will operate as an automated ticketing system that will help integrate your communication with our SAP System.

Why is NORD Making this Change?
- This integration will allow us to increase our processing efficiency leading to faster response times
- Simplified communication channels with automatic routing to the correct team
- Incoming email traffic volumes are taxing our Outlook System and is a contributing factor for this change

If you are working with your NORD Technical Sales Representative, you can continue emailing them directly. If it is important for you to keep them in the loop on order submissions or quote requests, you can carbon copy them, but we ask that you send quote requests and purchase orders to the appropriate email addresses as noted above.
What to Expect
- You will immediately receive a ticket number after sending us an email.
- Tickets will be automatically routed to the correct team.
- NORD staff will be able to easily retrieve a ticket and know its status.
- NORD staff will know who is working on the ticket and the history of all related interactions.
