DuoDrive: The Integrated Gear Unit and Motor Concept

DuoDrive is a revolutionary integrated gear unit and motor concept in a hygienic wash-down design. The optional NXD tupH surface treatment ensures compliance with the highest hygiene standards. It combines a high-efficiency IE5+ motor and a single-stage helical gear unit in a single housing, delivering high system efficiency, high power density, and very low noise emissions. This makes it particularly well suited for applications in intralogistics and the food and pharmaceutical industries. With simple plug-and-play commissioning, the complete DuoDrive solution significantly reduces Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) compared to other drive systems.
