In a service contract, regular services are individually adjusted to your requirements in advance, and the frequency of their performance is agreed upon. Regular services increase the system’s availability while reducing the operating costs. An agreement in advance on the services eliminates the need for individual clarification and reduces administration efforts. For example, expenses for arrivals and departures, overnight stays and working times can be agreed for a fixed price.

Agreements and service contracts

Individual service contracts make sense in the case of recurring services. A service contract allows for the agreement of the required services on your systems in advance, so that you can plan the performance and costs. The service contract contains all costs for the agreed services, for example arrivals and departures, overnight stays, working times and planned spare parts.
